How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the contiguous United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unused, unopened yarn skeins in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

How can I ensure my yarn comes from the same dye lot?
Our warehouse team makes every effort to pull the same dye lot for all items within a single order. To guarantee a match for large projects, we recommend purchasing all necessary skeins at the same time.
