At Premier Yarns, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging, with labels intact, and have not been used or wound into cakes.

• 2.
  Request a Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, including a copy of your packing slip inside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Affix the return label to the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
